Control4 X4 Using the Rooms Screen

Tap the More Options menu. Tap Add Widgets. Select a widget. Confirm your selection.

Arrange & Remove Favourites

Hold down a widget or menu. Tap Arrange and Remove Favourites. Drag items to rearrange them. Tap the X icon to remove them. Tap the checkmark to save your changes.

Change Wallpaper

Tap the Settings icon > Settings > Preferences > Wallpapers > Select the home screen or a room. Upload a photo for a custom wallpaper or choose one of the pre-sets.

Favourite & Switch Rooms

Tap the name of the room. Favourite a room by tapping the heart icon. Tap the heart icon at the top to filter for favourites. Tap a room to open it. If multiple rooms are favourited, swipe between them.

Favourite Devices to a Room

Find the device you want to favourite. Hold down the device. Select Favourite to Room. The device can now be controlled from the room.

Use Experience Chips

Tap any of the experience chips on the home screen to see its details and make adjustments. Hold down to favourite a chip to the screen.
